Welcome to UrLinks, a product operated by LustyLens. By creating an account or using urlinks.ai you agree to these Terms. We've kept the language plain because we hate fine print as much as you do — but the obligations are real, so please read through.
These Website Standard Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of urlinks.ai, including the authenticated dashboard, public profile pages, the URL shortener service, our APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Age restriction. The Service is not for use by minors. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use UrLinks. By signing up you confirm you meet this age requirement.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. You may not share your account credentials, create more than one account per person (other than affiliate-referred sign-ups, which are permitted), or attempt to obtain another user's credentials. Tell us at webmaster@urlinks.ai right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, abuse, or repeated violation of these Terms — see §4 and §8.
You own your content. Your handle, bio, hero image/video, links, themes, profile media, and anything else you put on UrLinks remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and distribute that content as strictly necessary to operate the Service (including caching, resizing, transcoding, CDN delivery, and creating derivative thumbnails). This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
We own the platform. Other than content you own, LustyLens and its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained on this Website — code, design, brand, themes, copy, logos, and the "UrLinks" name. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.
You may not use UrLinks to:
Repeated or severe violations result in suspension or termination, with no refund. Severe violations (CSAM, malware distribution, doxxing, etc.) are reported to law enforcement.
Free is free, forever. Pro is billed at $20/month or $200/year (a saving of two months). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Your selected plan and price are shown on the upgrade screen and confirmed by email after each successful charge.
All paid subscriptions are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card number or security code; only the limited card metadata needed to issue receipts and renew your subscription is retained.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew at the same plan rate at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. We send an email receipt after every
successful renewal. You can cancel any time before the next renewal from Settings → Membership; cancellation stops the next charge
and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If a renewal charge fails, we may attempt to collect the amount owed in accordance with our standard billing practices. If we are unable to collect, the subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to Free.
Annual Pro plans are refundable in full within 14 days of the original payment, provided the account has not been used (no audience capture exports, no Tinylynk redirects served, no live globe sessions). To request a refund, email webmaster@urlinks.ai with the email address on the account. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Monthly Pro plans are non-refundable. You can cancel any time and keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period — see §8.
You can cancel your Pro membership any time. To cancel, go to Settings → Membership and follow the cancellation flow. Your account
stays on Pro through the end of the current billing period, then automatically reverts to Free; we do not charge cancelled accounts.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice where lawful, for violations of these Terms, fraud, chargeback abuse, or risk to other users.
Promo codes grant a fixed-term Pro grant (monthly or yearly batches). Each code is single-use, single-account, and expires at a date set by us. Promo codes carry no monetary value, cannot be sold, traded, combined with other promotions, or redeemed for cash. We may invalidate any code distributed in violation of its intended use.
Every UrLinks user receives a unique referral link when their account is created. When somebody signs up using your link and pays for Pro, you earn 20% of every successful charge — initial and recurring — for as long as they remain a paying customer. Attribution applies to a referral within a limited window from the visitor's first click; details of the attribution window may change at our discretion.
You may not:
We process payouts on demand, subject to a minimum withdrawal amount, in the methods we make available from time to time (which may include BTC, USDT, PayPal, and wire transfer). Payout destinations are recorded at the moment you submit each request, so a later edit to your method does not affect requests already in queue. Commissions associated with payments that are later refunded or charged back are clawed back from your balance, which may produce a negative balance until offset by future earnings. We reserve the right to withhold payouts pending fraud review and to disable affiliate access for any user who violates this section.
UrLinks lets you upload a hero image or video to your public profile. By uploading you confirm that:
Uploaded media is subject to our content-safety review. Uploads flagged as unsafe are rejected and may not be retried with the same content. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly fail safety review.
Your handle is the path on your public profile (urlinks.ai/{handle}) and must be unique across the platform. Handles may only contain
lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores. We reserve a list of system, brand, and offensive handles that cannot be claimed.
Impersonation. Profiles that impersonate a real person, brand, or organization without authorization may be transferred to the rights holder or removed on request. Submit impersonation reports to webmaster@urlinks.ai with proof of your identity or trademark.
Pro accounts can mint short links via our shortener service. These short links are subject to all of §4 and may not point to malware, phishing, illegal marketplaces, or content prohibited by these Terms. Short links found violating these rules are disabled without notice; repeat offenders lose access to the shortener service.
UrLinks lets creators collect emails from visitors who opt in via the audience-capture popup. You are the controller of the email list you build through your profile. You are solely responsible for complying with applicable email-marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.) including consent, unsubscribe handling, and identification of the sender. UrLinks acts only as a processor for the storage and export of those emails on your behalf.
UrLinks supports sign-in via supported third-party identity providers and partner sign-on bridges. By using these you authorise the relevant provider to share your email and basic profile information with us. Your use of the provider's service is governed by their own terms; we do not control their data handling. For security and to prevent account takeover, an account created or linked via a particular sign-in path may be restricted to that path going forward.
UrLinks is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every threat. We expressly disclaim any warranty, whether express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall LustyLens, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by third-party platform changes — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid UrLinks in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LustyLens and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Minor edits (clarifications, typo fixes) are reflected by bumping the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
LustyLens may assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice or consent. You may not assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any legal notices on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between LustyLens and you in relation to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings on the same.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Quebec, Canada, and the courts of the State of Delaware, for the resolution of any disputes arising under or related to these Terms.
