PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Plain-English. Last updated: April 28, 2026.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service, never sell it, and let you export or delete it any time. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. By using urlinks.ai you agree to the practices described below.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account — a unique account created for you to access the Service.
  • Company (referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") — LustyLens LLC, the operator of the Service. Registered office: 2301 Laguna Circle, Unit 1707, 33181, North Miami.
  • Cookies — small files placed on your device to enable login, security, or attribution.
  • Personal Data — any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service — the UrLinks website at urlinks.ai, including the authenticated dashboard, public profile pages, our APIs, and related services.
  • Service Provider — any third party that processes data on our behalf to support the operation of the Service.
  • Usage Data — data collected automatically by the Service (page visits, browser type, etc.).
  • You — the individual using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf they act.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account data — email address, password (stored hashed with an industry-standard algorithm; we never see the plain text), handle, display name, and account settings.
  • Profile data — anything you choose to put on your public page: bio, links, hero image or video, theme, custom accents, promo banner, audience-capture copy, collab inbox.
  • Payout data (Affiliate) — the destination details you save for affiliate payouts: BTC address, USDT address, PayPal email, or wire-transfer banking details. These are stored only to send you the money you've earned.
  • Communications — any messages you send us via email or support channels.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — your IP address, browser type and version, the pages of the Service you visit, the time and date of your visit, time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
  • Device data — when you access the Service from a mobile device, we may collect device type, operating system, browser, and unique device identifiers.
  • Visit & click data for your dashboard analytics — anonymized counters, country of visitor (resolved via the MaxMind GeoLite2 database), referrer, and user-agent. We do not store full visitor IPs in your dashboard analytics.

Information from third parties

  • Single sign-on — if you choose to sign in via a supported third-party identity provider or partner sign-on bridge, we receive limited profile information from that provider (typically a verified email, a display name, and a stable identifier).
  • Payment processor — when you pay for a subscription, our payment provider sends us limited card metadata (brand, last four digits, and expiry) and a token used to issue future charges. We never receive your full card number or security code.

3. How we use your information

We use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain the Service, including authenticating you, rendering your public profile, and serving your analytics dashboard.
  • To manage your account: registration, plan state, password reset, email verification.
  • To process payments and payouts: charging Pro subscriptions, sending affiliate payouts, generating invoices and receipts.
  • To detect and prevent abuse: abuse and fraud detection, content review of uploaded media, and impersonation enforcement.
  • To contact you about your account: receipts, security alerts, payout confirmations, important policy changes. We do not market to you unless you've opted in.
  • To improve the Service: aggregate analytics, A/B tests, and bug investigation.
  • To comply with legal obligations: tax, accounting, and law enforcement requests.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service and to remember your preferences. Tracking technologies in use may include cookies, web beacons embedded in our emails to confirm delivery, and small scripts that record diagnostic data such as page loads.

Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device when you go offline; Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. UrLinks does not run advertising cookies and does not allow third-party tracking scripts on your dashboard.

Necessary & essential cookies

Required for the Service to work. Without these, you cannot sign in or submit forms.

Functional cookies

Remember choices you make (theme, age-gate, similar UI preferences) so you don't have to set them every visit.

Attribution cookies

A short-lived cookie is set when a visitor arrives via an affiliate referral link, and is read once at signup to attribute the new account to the referring user. It carries only the public referral token already visible in the URL and does not track you across other sites.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies, but the necessary cookies above must be allowed for you to sign in.

5. Visitor analytics & tracking

When somebody visits your public profile or clicks one of your links, UrLinks records the event so that you (the creator) can see live and historical analytics on your dashboard. The visitor is the data subject here, and we apply two principles:

  • No third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Visitor analytics is computed entirely from our own server-side records.
  • No full IP storage in your dashboard analytics. The visitor's country is resolved at the moment of the visit and stored alongside a coarse referrer and a non-reversible identifier. Full IP addresses are retained only for the short period needed to operate the Service securely, then discarded.

6. Sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with the categories of recipients listed below, and only as strictly required to operate the Service. We never sell your data. We never share your visitor list, referral list, or audience-capture emails with anyone outside the categories disclosed here.

Service Providers

The categories of third parties that process data on our behalf to operate, secure, and improve the Service:

  • Hosting & content delivery — providers that host our application, database, media uploads, and edge cache.
  • Email delivery — providers that send transactional emails such as receipts, password resets, and payout confirmations.
  • Geolocation — a database used to resolve a visitor's country for your analytics.
  • Identity & sign-on — third-party identity providers and partner sign-on bridges, used only when you choose to authenticate through them.

On request to webmaster@urlinks.ai, we will identify the specific sub-processors currently engaged by us where required by applicable law.

Payments

Paid Pro subscriptions and affiliate payouts are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. That information is provided directly to our processors, whose handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable industry security standards.

Affiliates

We may share your information with our affiliates — meaning any parent company, subsidiaries, joint-venture partners, or other companies under common control with us — in which case we require those affiliates to honour this Privacy Policy.

Other users

When you sign up via somebody else's affiliate link, the referring user can see you in their referrals list (display name, public handle, plan tier, and the dollar value of commissions you have generated for them). They cannot see your email address, real name, payment details, dashboard analytics, or any other private data. Conversely, your public profile — handle, display name, bio, links, and any content you post there — is intended for everyone on the internet to see and may be cached by third-party search engines and archives.

Business transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business. We will provide notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

7. Affiliate attribution

If you sign up via somebody else's affiliate link, we record that referral on your account so that the referrer earns commission on your subsequent payments. This relationship persists unless we determine the referral was generated fraudulently. The referrer can see you in their referrals list (display name, public handle, plan tier, and the dollar value of commissions you've generated for them) but cannot see your email, real name, payment details, or any private dashboard data.

8. Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, enforce our agreements, or comply with our legal obligations.

  • Account data — retained while your account is active, then erased or anonymised within a reasonable period after deletion, except where applicable law requires longer retention (for example, financial records).
  • Analytics data — aggregated counts may be retained for the lifetime of the account; raw event records are retained for a limited rolling window.
  • Payment records — invoices and successful charge records are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
  • Abuse-related logs — limited metadata may be retained for the period needed to investigate and prevent abuse.
  • Attribution cookie — short-lived; expires automatically.

9. International transfers

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at our operating offices and at the operating offices of our sub-processors. This may mean transferring your data to — and storing it on — computers located outside your state, province, or country, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

We rely on standard contractual clauses, sub-processor agreements, and recognised industry security certifications to ensure your data is treated securely and consistently with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

10. Security

The security of your Personal Data is important to us. We use commercially acceptable technical and organisational measures to protect it, including encrypted transport, hashed credentials, tokenised handling of payment information, and layered abuse and fraud controls.

That said, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. Disclosure required by law

Under certain circumstances we may be required to disclose your Personal Data:

  • To comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid subpoena;
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of LustyLens;
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service;
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public;
  • To protect against legal liability.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights over your Personal Data:

  • Access — view the account data we hold about you.
  • Export — download a copy of the data you've put into the Service in a portable format.
  • Correction — update or correct your data.
  • Deletion — delete your account, after which associated data is erased within a reasonable period, except where applicable law requires longer retention.
  • Objection / restriction — write to webmaster@urlinks.ai to object to a specific use or request restriction.
  • Complaint — if you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

You can exercise most of these rights from your account dashboard, or by contacting us at the email below.

13. Children

UrLinks is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, write to webmaster@urlinks.ai and we will remove the account.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be bumped. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
